Inspired by “The Wheel of Consent, this will be an introduction to The Wheel along with discussing the importance of learning to receive. Learning to listen to your body to know what it wants and how to ask for it, then surrender into receiving it. Perfect for chronic people pleasers, givers, and especially those of us that are in service of others.
