The Art of Receiving A Weekend Workshop of Consent-Based Touch & Relational Healing You don’t have to earn love by giving yourself away. The Art of Receiving is a weekend immersion designed to help you reconnect with your body, your boundaries, and your ability to ask for what you truly want. Through the practices of the Wheel of Consent®, guided embodiment, and safe, structured touch, you’ll explore how to shift out of overgiving and into authentic connection—with yourself and others. This isn’t about performance or pressure. It’s about presence. Whether you’re longing for more intimacy, struggling to feel your own needs, or simply tired of feeling invisible in your relationships—this workshop offers a supportive space to slow down, tune in, and learn to receive without guilt or apology.
