Cuddle therapy offers a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals can experience the profound benefits of physical affection and the release of oxytocin, the "love hormone" — but if you're not ready to cuddle, yet, there's still support for you.
If you're sensitive to touch for any reason, that's okay. Self awareness coaching is also available and can be just as beneficial. Through both cuddle therapy and/or emotional self awareness coaching, we aim to foster emotional regulation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being, while returning to our authentic self.

Meet Kenton Turpin
Self Awareness Coach, Cuddle Therapist and Group Cuddle Facilitator
I created Conscious Heart Healing to help people return to their bodies and—most importantly —their hearts. In a world filled with fear, people need to embody love. I believe part of my purpose is to help people do just that. The services I offer coupled with my personal experiences empowers others to make a shift in their bodies and their minds so they can become the love they wish to receive.

So you have got all the information and we both feel like we can work together and you are ready to experience a professional cuddle!

Foster a sense of community by embarking on your self-love journey in a group environment with people who understand and can relate to you.

Connection Call
Cuddle therapists adhere to a code of ethics, but it's okay if you're not ready for a session just yet. Trying a connection call instead is a good place to start.
