Cuddle therapy, or professional cuddling, is a therapeutic practice that uses platonic touch to promote emotional and physical well-being.

So you have got all the information and we both feel like we can work together and you are ready to experience a professional cuddle!

Using the Wheel of Consent framework, I guide clients in understanding the dynamics of giving, receiving, allowing, and taking, so they can experience more clarity and connection in all areas of their lives.

Connection Call

Cuddle therapists adhere to a code of conduct but it's okay if you're not ready for a session just yet. Trying a connection call instead is a good place to start.
